Blend of popular sprouting seeds that we've combined for their pleasant, zesty taste.
This unique combination of seeds is one that we've found to be especially delicious and nutritious.
Preparation:
1] Soak 1-2 tbsp of sprouting seeds for at least 8 hours in fresh, cool water in a wide mouth mason jar.
2] Drain and rinse the sprouts. Repeat Step 2 for 3-5 days, until your sprouts are ready to eat!;Sprouted Seeds Mix can be used as a base for salads, juices, sandwiches and soups.
These nutritious micro-greens are high in protein, vitamins, minerals, essential amino acids, iron and calcium.
