Lakshadi Churnam is an Ayurvedic herbal powder medicine used in the treatment of nasal bleeding, heavy periods and other bleeding disorders.
It is manufactured by Arya Vaidya Sala, Kottakkal.

Uses of Lakshadi Choornam:

It is used to treat haemoptysis, nasal bleeding and haemophilia. Also used in chest lesions – Urakshata.
It is useful in heavy periods, short menstrual cycle, menstrual bleeding with clots etc.Roga karma- urakshata, raktapitta, abhigata.
Dosha karma- kaphapittahara.Other karma- rakta sthambhaka.

Ingredients of Lakshadi Churnam:

Laksha (Laccifer lacca)
Lajjalu (Mimosa pudica)
Dosage of Lakshadi Churnam:
½-1 tea spoon, 2-3 times daily, before or after food along with water, milk or honey. Or as directed by the physician.
