J & J Dechane Koflyn Syrup Product Description:

Koflyn Syrup contains well known ayruvedic expectorant drugs for treatment of cough. Koflyn Syrup is also indicated in the treatment of asthma and bronchitis.
Huma controls the asthmatic paroxymsms. Jethimadh is a mild expectorant and demulcent. Meradu is a very potent expectorant. Nala is an expectorant bronchodilator.
The formulation contains ingredients which alleviet all aspects of cough. It is free from side effects and can be given for long periods.
In childern, with interactable cough, it should be administered for atleast 2 weeks and continued further as necessary depending on the response.

Infants and childern’s cough associated with infection, irritation, bronchitis and bronchospasm. Children’s intractable chronic cough and asthmatic cough.
