Energy Drink: Add 1-2 spoons of popped ragi flour to glass of milk in a pan and bring it to boil. Add jaggery/sugar to taste and mix well.??
Laadu: In a big bowl mix popped ragi flour, jaggery powder/sugar and melted ghee. Form small balls (laddus) by pressing mixture in the hands. Use more ghee if required. Dry fruits and coconut can be added to the mixture.? ?
