      Adult : Two to three teaspoonfuls thrice daily.

      2. Consumption of grapes, pulses like Horse gram are recommended.

      Spasma Syrup Don'ts

      1. Avoid curd and buttermilk.
      2. Avoid banana, guava and sour fruits.
      3. Avoid fried and oily food recipes.
      4. Avoid smoking.
      5. Reduce intake of excess tea and coffee.
      6. Avoid alcohol consumption.
      7. Avoid exposure to rain and severe cold and wind.
      8. Avoid indulgence in hard exercises.
      9. Avoid food recipes, which are heavy to digest, or which causes constipation.
