Dosage of Charak Osteolief Tablets
General:
One to two tablets thrice a day
Once the patient is stabilised. One tablet three times a day.

Osteolief Tablets Do's
- Regular yogasana such as Tadasana, Parvatsana and light exercise under guidance of expert is extremely beneficial.
- Perform gentle massage with oil to affected part
- Local hot water fomentation is recommended
- Take good nutritious food at regular intervals
- Prefer hot water for drinking and taking bath.
Osteolief Tablets Don'ts
- Avoid Spicy, oily, frozen food and sour things such as curd and pickles
- Avoid non-veg food
- Avoid over eating
- Avoid alcohol, smoking and aerated beverages
- Avoid excessive mobilization of the affected joints
- Avoid staircase climbing without proper support
- Avoid exposure to cold wind or rain
- Avoid daytime sleeping/ spending sleepless nights
- Avoid suppression of natural urges.
