Calcury Tablets Do's :
- Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
- Consume white variety of pumpkin and gourd.
- Horse gram, mung, wheat, barley and ginger juice is recommended.
- Stay indoor in summer / hot days.

- Avoid fried and spicy food.
- Reduce the consumption of beans, pulses, ladyfinger’s and tomatoes.
- Avoid suppression of natural urge of urination.
- Avoid sedentary life style.
